Official Project Rules

  1. This is supposed to be a fun collaboration between digital sculptors and artists. Please keep all comments positive. Constructive criticism is allowed if the person in the group asks for your opinion.

  2. If you want to participate please email makingamutant@gmail.com for consideration. Please include a PNG of your logo (with transparent background) some pictures of your digital sculpt work, and a little bit about you, where you are from? What program do you like to sculpt in?

  3. If you are invited to participate in a round of the project, and you participate in the round to its completion and reveal you may sell any of the mutants / accessories of that specific round. This is only selling 3d prints or finished painted versions of the characters, you may not sell the 3d files or assets as these belong to the artists in the project.

  4. Once you have joined the project for a round, your spot is guaranteed for as long as you would like. You can sit out a round if you are busy and have too much going on at the moment.

  5. If you participate in one of the rounds and would like to print some of the previous mutants from other artists in our project, it is allowed but only for your personal collection. You are not allowed to sell these mutants.

  6. This is an evolving project and group of friends. We have been changing the rules of the rounds and project as we go along to meet the needs of the projects success.

  7. You reserve the right to not participate in a round if you do not like the criteria or conditions of that specific round.

  8. We will layout the rules for any specific round before hand so everyone participating knows what the terms are.

  9. This group is pro your brand as well. We do our best to cross promote each others work outside of making a mutant.

  10. You must tag and give credit to the group or artists involved when posting images or characters made by the group.
